His passion is coaching individuals, businesses and corporations to reach their full potential, while anticipating and navigating leadership pitfalls.

Over her 19-year extensive career, Tara is known as the quarterback that facilitates the conversion of a vision into reality. A global director that never takes “no” for an answer, she has worked to conceptualize and solidify start up phases of medium and large size corporations from conceptual design to logistics and successful implementation of their entrepreneurial and corporate visions.
